Shipping Policy
Processing and Preparation Times
Our order cut-off time for preparation is 12:00 noon.
Orders received by 12:00 noon, subject to stock availability, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders received after 12:00 noon, or during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, subject to stock availability, will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
Transit Times (Delivery)
Once the order has left our facilities, the estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (Mainland): 24–48 working hours (handled by MRW).
- Europe (EU) and the United Kingdom: 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. You will also be notified when the parcel leaves our facilities. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us by email or telephone so that we can verify and resend them.

Note: We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. For shipments to these locations, please contact baxlo@baxlo.com directly.
Customs and Duties (Shipments to the United Kingdom)
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, the prices shown do not include local taxes or customs duties. The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by local authorities upon delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or invoiced by our warehouse.
