Yes, all Baxlo hardness testers are designed and manufactured in our own factory in Spain, where we have been producing precision measuring instruments since 1959. Every instrument is certified and produced under strict quality controls in compliance with current European standards.
Place the instrument on a flat surface and apply even pressure on the indenter until it penetrates the material. Wait approximately 3 seconds before reading the result on the Shore scale. The material must be at least 6 mm thick for a valid test. It is recommended to take 5 measurements at different points and calculate the average.
